Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Front Desk Spa Associate at our Spring location. You are a critical link in growing our business and ensuring that our clients' experience is nothing less than OUTSTANDING! Requirements
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task with ease, all while focusing on the guest
- High school diploma or higher
- Flexible availability - able to work openings, closings or weekends

- Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
