About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilkes Barre is seeking a Spa Associate to join our team. Spa Associates have the important role of engaging with customers to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience at the spa.
Requirements
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with ease, all while focusing on the guest
- Enjoys interacting with customers
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health & wellness benefits of massage therapy & skincare services
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude & be a team player
