This individual must be licensed and will specialize in enhancing the appearance and health of the skin using techniques acquired through training and experience. Their attentive approach will ensure a positive client experience and be instrumental in building loyalty for guests of the resort and local residents.

Requirements

High School diploma required; relevant vocational experience is beneficial.
Must be a licensed in Oklahoma.
Excellent communication skills; able to speak, read, & write English; able to discuss with clients and provide clear explanations of service.
Personable, customer-centric attitude; providing a friendly and professional demeanor to build client trust & loyalty.
Listening skills to understand client needs/requests and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean and organized work area.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Coordinate, organize and carry out services.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.
Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered.
