Vista Del Mar provides a trauma-responsive continuum of services to empower children, youth, and families in Southern California to lead fulfilling lives. The Child & Family Specialist I – (CFS) The Wraparound CFS provides direct services to children and families following strategies developed during the Child & Family Team meetings (CFTM.) Collaborates with team members and clinical staff to ensure that the client receives supports to help them meet the goals developed by the family. Guided by the core values and principles of Wraparound—family voice and choice, collaboration, cultural humility, and strengths-based practice—the CFS supports family stability, fosters resilience, and helps clients achieve their goals in alignment with Vista Del Mar’s mission of compassion, inclusion, and excellence. At Vista Del Mar, our work is driven by a commitment to inclusion, justice, and community care. We recognize systemic oppression and our role within unjust systems, and we actively work to challenge bias and promote equity.
