Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a processing plant, refinery, mill, elevator or with railroad is preferred
• Reliable transportation
• For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Soybean receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and transferring
• Rail car/track management
• Monitoring stored grain condition
• Loading out soybean meal, oil, soybean hull pellets
• Greeting and directing semi truck drivers
• Maintaining and cleaning receiving and loadout facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and your Team
• Shipping and Receiving Operators will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks
