About The Position
The position involves performing and managing various accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, payroll recording, tax filing, internal audit, and financial reporting for all business units in the Southwest Florida Region. The role requires leading and developing field accounting associates, maintaining accounting standards, and ensuring proper access to accounting systems. Additionally, the position includes guiding business unit managers in financial forecasting and budgeting, creating annual budgets, managing financial close processes, and analyzing financial statements for accuracy. The candidate will also coordinate annual external audits and manage internal audits, accounts payable, payroll recording, and tax filings.
