About The Position

The Southeast Regional Vice President will lead and oversee all operational, strategic, and financial activities within the Southeast region. This executive role is responsible for driving growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring sustainable practices across wine sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that address regional challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. They will serve as the primary liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in wine or beverage.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations within a multi-state region.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability practices relevant to the industry.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory frameworks in the Southeast United States.
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing technology solutions in natural resource sectors.
  • Established network of industry contacts and partnerships within the Southeast region.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends such as precision agriculture, sustainable forestry, and aquaculture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies that align with corporate goals and promote sustainable growth in wine or beverage sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional directors and operational teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation across the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and environmental factors to proactively adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade associations, and public forums to enhance brand presence and influence policy development.
  • Drive innovation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and product quality within the region.
