Brown & Brown is seeking a Southeast Regional Personal Lines Leader to join our growing team! The Southeast Regional Personal Lines Leader supports the growth and success of Brown & Brown’s Personal Lines business across the Southeast region, including Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. This role focuses on developing strong sales practices, training teammates, and building long-term client and carrier relationships. The leader helps create a positive, high-energy sales culture by coaching producers, supporting client retention, and contributing to regional growth goals that meet or exceed budget expectations. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, relationship building, and hands-on client engagement within the risk management and insurance industry. The leaders also expected to engage in the local community at a high level.
