About The Position
The Residential Manager at Arc GLOW is responsible for overseeing the operation, staffing, and quality of services provided in Supervised and Supportive Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA's). This role ensures compliance with Federal and State regulations and agency policies while supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. The manager will develop and implement residential habilitation plans, coordinate medical and financial needs, supervise staff, and ensure the overall well-being of residents.
