About The Position
Assistant Residential Managers at Arc GLOW work under the direction of the Residential Manager. They are responsible for assisting with the supervision of staff, scheduling, and providing quality services to the people supported. They provide oversight and support to those that live in the home and the employees who work there by supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere. Starting pay is $21.50 an hour.
