As a Sous Chef at Topgolf, you will play a pivotal role in supervising the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will maintain food and labor costs in accordance with the budget, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). You will select and develop recipes that meet corporate approval, standardizing production recipes to guarantee consistent quality across all dishes. Additionally, you will establish presentation techniques and uphold quality standards, ensuring that every dish served meets Topgolf's high expectations. You will also be tasked with planning and costing menus for special events and chef choice menus, showcasing your creativity and culinary skills. Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment will be part of your responsibilities, as will overseeing safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
