Max Catering & Events, based in Springfield, MA and serving the greater Massachusetts area at their sister location Max’s Tavern in the Basketball Hall of Fame, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. If you are passionate about fine dining, committed to excellence, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, we want to meet you! Open availability is required. This role will also spend time at off-site locations as well as events in the Hartford, CT area as needed. The Sous Chef will work alongside the Executive Chef to maintain the high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction that our clients expect.
