The primary responsibility of the Sous Chef is to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times by helping the Executive Chef, Chef De Cuisine and Patient Service Manager lead production staff. The Sous Chef performs a variety of duties necessary for the production of food and to help the kitchen run smoothly. Ensure all food products are timely and meet standards set by Executive Chef, Chef De Cuisine and Patients Service Manager. SHIFT & SCHEDULE: Full Time: Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM & 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM weekends
