We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate sous chef to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking in all production environments. The Sous Chef directs and supports the day-to-day operations and supervises the food production and sanitation staff. They also assist with the hiring and training of new kitchen staff, and are responsible for daily duties in the absence of the Executive Chef. This position involves taking charge of kitchen opening, closing, and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef, as well as participating in inventory, development of par sheets, and placing food and supply orders.
