The Position Oversee a structure 4-Week rotational menu for Boarder's Dining Hall. Create exciting menus that appeal to multi-demographic students with fresh produce and student friendly meals. Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including the larder sections, function prep and boarding. Assist in the planning and preparation of food production across functions and in house menu-based catering Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS Contribute to the development of menu ideas using local fresh ingredients Assist in the mentoring of the kitchen team Monitor and order stock and minimize food wastage
