Our Sous Chefs are dedicated to their craft and take pride in providing guests with excellent food and professional service. Our Chefs have imperative responsibilities of keeping the Executive Chef informed of all culinary operational aspects of the business. Our new Sous Chef can expect a close working relationship with the Management Team, the Operations Leadership Team, and the entire front and back of house staff.
