Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with early-morning shifts.
• Proven experience with full-scratch cooking, menu execution, and event catering.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across café, catering, and executive dining programs.
• Lead and inspire a team of cooks through hands-on training, coaching, and development.
• Oversee prep, production, and service for breakfast, lunch, and catering events.
• Ensure compliance with company food, labor, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with front-of-house and client partners to deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings aligned with Wolfgang Puck's signature style and PIMCO's culture.
