About The Position

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team ! Recently re-opened, Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature elegant desserts in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style. We are looking for a candidate to step into the Sous Chef role and directly assist the Executive Chef with training, supervision, and administraiton.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high volume, leadership restaurant experience
  • Open availability incuding nights and weekends
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A love of modern food and drink
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift inlcuding bending and stooping
