La Vida Llena, Albuquerque’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sous Chef or equivalent roles to help lead our team of culinary professionals for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, catering services, and/or all other areas of our culinary program. As a member of the culinary leadership team, you will help drive success in Dining Services by continually developing, mentoring, and holding accountable all other members of the frontline back-of-house team in accordance with their job descriptions, your sense of ownership, striving for excellence, and your expectations/vision as the leader of the department. You will be responsible for food preparation/presentation, food quality control, food safety/sanitation within all kitchens and food preparation/service areas throughout your community. Through the PRS Core Values, you will build positive, genuine, and transparent relationships with the residents of your community. You will adhere to and ensure adherence to all Dining Services policies and procedures.
