We are looking for a Sous Chef to lead and inspire our kitchen staff in the creation of culinary masterpieces. While this person will work primarily in our Restaurant kitchen, they must have the flexibility to help in other kitchen areas as needed. Over theing months we will be planning and preparing to open our new restaurant, Oribu, featuring upscale MeditterAsian cuisine. This role is crucial for maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring high-quality food production. To ensure success, this person must have excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team in a high-energy environment.
