Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Follow and adhere to corporate specs
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
  • Assist in the preparation of banquets and special events
