SOUS CHEFS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE DAILY PRODUCTION OF THE KITCHEN. THEY ARE IN CHARGE OF COMPLETING FOOD ORDERS, PREP LISTS AND HELPING WITH STAFFING OF THE KITCHEN. SOUS CHEFS ARE THERE TO HELP UPHOLD AMERICAN PLACE CASINO F&B STANDARDS AND SUPPORT THE EXECUTIVE CHEF AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE TEAM, BOTH FRONT AND BACK OF HOUSE. SOUS CHEFS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF ALL BOH HOURLY EMPLOYEES ON THEIR SHIFT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE STANDARDS OF THE EXECUTIVE CHEF ARE BEING UPHELD.
