About The Position

Working as the Production Sous Chef you will effectively lead a high-performing, production team across a leading high-tech corporate dining account. This role shapes our culinary and hospitality intentions-ensuring great service, culinary excellence, and detailed execution that reflects our client’s elevated standards. The Sous Chef will guide operations and champion innovation, foster collaboration and translate culinary priorities into memorable dining experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Nice To Haves

1 - 3 years kitchen supervisor experience
Ability to manager multiple high volume production stations
Ability to manage inventory and ordering
Passion for food trends, flavors, and recipe adherence
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Knowledge of food and workplace safety protocols and compliance
ServSafe certification a plus
Union experience a plus
