Currently, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations. As the second-in-command, the Sous Chef is responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with menu planning and inventory management. This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at mentoring team members, managing prep and service schedules, and ensuring smooth, high-quality service during every meal period.
