We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team! This hands-on position plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation while upholding our wellness-oriented nutrition philosophy. The Sous Chef will supervise and support the culinary staff, manage daily operations, and adhere to Canyon Ranch and ServSafe policies. This position requires weekend and open availability. Additionally, the Sous Chef will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food demonstrations, special functions, and lectures in the Demonstration Kitchen. You'll also teach and give food preparation demonstrations to our guests and colleagues. This position collaborates with the Executive Chef and other Culinary Instructor(s) on seasonal programming and class topics and is responsible for revenue generation in the Demonstration Kitchen.
