Nice To Haves

3 or more years of experience in a culinary leadership role within an upscale restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food service environment
Experience supporting multiple service styles or concepts, including à la carte, production, or grab-and-go programs
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
ServSafe Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily culinary execution across the restaurant, market, and bar programs, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation meet Delta One standards.
Supervise and train the culinary team, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
Partner with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus focused on simple, delicious, and globally inspired cuisine.
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and brand guidelines.
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with front-of-house leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience from kitchen to table.
