Job Summary: The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Director of Culinary Services in planning, organizing, and directing kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences. The Sous Chef supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates culinary staff, manages kitchen budgets, and ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. This role actively participates in menu development, staff scheduling, inventory management, and operational improvement initiatives.
