ODM's Sous Chef assists the Hospitality Manager (Head Chef) in overseeing the kitchen and preparation of meals. This position creates meals and menus from the items on hand, providing meals to our men, women, & children living on campus, as well as community members in need. This position plays a key role in meeting the basic needs of those suffering from homelessness and poverty in our community.
