The Sous Chef works with the Chef de Cuisine in supervising food production for any one of our F&B outlets and our banquets/events. This position supervises the daily production of all food for the assigned outlet, assists the Chef with menu planning, inventory, pricing, cost controls and requisitioning food preparation staff, assists with food production tasks, ensures attainment of all quality and cost standards, and serve as 'second in command' of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef.
