About The Position

Healthcare Sous Chef acts a concierge culinarian, producing world class food for our VIP clients. Assists EC in menu development and planning; oversee food production; ensures compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards. Supervise and train staff. Acts as EC in their absence. Collaborates with clinical and dietitian staff. Oversee all food receiving and production.

Requirements

  • High School and above
  • 1-3 years within a healthcare acute facility in a Sous or EC role and/or managerial role is highly desired for this position
  • Culinary Management

Nice To Haves

  • CDM/CFPP is highly desired for this role
  • Culinary Degree/Diploma is preferred for this role
