Reporting directly to the Director of Culinary Services, the Sous Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team, overseeing daily food preparation, and ensuring that all meals are delivered with consistency, quality, and proper timing. This role plays a critical part in supporting the mission of The Knolls: to provide residents with outstanding dining experiences in a warm, respectful, and elegant environment.
