We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences for our members and guests across multiple dining outlets and private events. As Sous Chef you will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the kitchen operations across our à la carte dining rooms, casual grill and banquet/event functions. You will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency, while leading and developing our culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
