Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef. This role involves cooking and preparing food following approved recipes and production standards, ensuring all deadlines are met. It also includes supervising hourly food service associates, managing food storage, ensuring proper food handling and presentation, maintaining sanitation, interacting with customers, monitoring inventory, and tracking product production, consumption, and waste.
