The Sous Chef position is responsible for helping Otterbein manage all daily operations, including overall direction of kitchen staff. The position requires an individual who will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This is a Full-Time position 11:30am-7:30pm (Every other weekend).
