As the Sous Chef you will assist the Executive Chef in managing a team of culinary professionals by crafting a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability with leadership, support and motivation. You have a passion for mass production without sacrificing the quality and collaboration for a better patient experience. To be successful in this role you will have: Understanding of and ability to demonstrate fundamentals of cooking (e.g., mother sauces, seasonal product knowledge, etc.) Confirmed ability to use cooking skills in the creation of menus that meet dietary needs and culinary trends.
