About The Position

Our Sous Chef @ Woodland Terrace supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere. Full Time: Open availability 7 days a week from 7:30am - 7pm

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Be a great team player
  • Be a progressive and creative thinker
  • Be a high school graduate (preferred)
  • Have one to three years of cooking experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents
  • Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
  • Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Train and develop new kitchen associates
