Restaurant Associates is seeking a Sous Chef to support culinary operations at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, a destination that blends seasonal cuisine, sustainability, and hospitality in a unique cultural setting. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who has grown through hourly and lead kitchen roles and is ready to step into formal leadership with the support of an experienced team. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to bring menus to life, develop team members, and maintain high standards across daily service.
