About The Position

Our Sous Chefs @ BridgePoint at Los Altos assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times. This is a full time position, Tuesday-Saturday, 6am-2:30pm. Pay range: $31-34/hr Hiring bonus: $1,000 What will I do every day? Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients andscratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,equipment and supplies Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner Train and develop new kitchen associates What will I need to be successful in this role?
