About The Position
We seek experienced and motivated Sous Chefs to join our growing company! Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero). Honoring Mexico's culinary traditions while weaving in inspiration from the culinary South. This position is for someone who prides themselves on operating with integrity and professionalism with a passion for serving high-quality and delicious food! The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the kitchen team and maintaining restaurant standards while fostering a positive team environment. The role requires active participation in working and executing the service line while ensuring kitchen and safety standards.
