Sous Chef

Threshold Restaurant is seeking an energetic and experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations. This role involves food production, coaching and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health standards. The Sous Chef will also engage with local farms and contribute to the restaurant's backyard gardens, providing fresh ingredients for the menu.
