About The Position

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants and located in the New York EDITION, The Clocktower serves modern cuisine with a palpable U.K. sensibility. The restaurant is comprised of three intimate dining rooms and a lively bar. Our menu celebrates and elevates classic British fare, built around simple, satisfying plates with subtle refinements; the inspired wine program features a list that highlights both Old and New World producers. We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team!

Requirements

• 2+ years of culinary management experience in a reputable restaurant
• Dedication to culinary excellence, team success, and growth
• An intimate understanding of ingredients and techniques pertaining to Modern European and American cuisines
• Basic understanding of administrative tasks including inventory, purchasing, scheduling
• Desire to learn from our culinary leaders and develop professionally and personally
