About The Position

The Sous Chef at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort is responsible for supervising the day-to-day preparation of food and managing kitchen employees during their assigned shift. This role involves ensuring that meal preparation meets established standards, managing food supplies, and maintaining a productive and sanitary working environment. The Sous Chef will also act as a leader, fostering teamwork and employee morale while providing direction and support to achieve goals and objectives.
