We’re seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to oversee our retail food and concessions operations at the Anaheim Convention Center. This role is perfect for a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment. You’ll be responsible for menu specials, grab-and-go offerings, inventory, ordering, and ensuring top-tier food quality while working closely with our front-of-house retail team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 🔹 Menu & Specials Development – Create innovative, seasonal, and high-quality specials for retail and concession outlets. 🔹 Grab & Go Production – Oversee preparation and presentation of fresh, ready-to-eat offerings. 🔹 Staffing & Training – Lead and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and consistency. 🔹 Ordering & Inventory – Manage procurement, stock levels, and cost control. 🔹 Collaboration – Work closely with the front-of-house retail team to streamline service and enhance guest satisfaction. 🔹 Operational Excellence – Ensure food safety, kitchen efficiency, and quality standards are met.
