About The Position

Working as the Sous Chef Production you will effectively lead a high-performing, production team across a leading high-tech corporate dining account. Requirements

1 - 3 years kitchen supervisor experience
Ability to manager multiple high volume production stations
Ability to manage inventory and ordering
Passion for food trends, flavors, and recipe adherence
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Knowledge of food and workplace safety protocols and compliance

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification a plus
Union experience a plus
