About The Position

Assists Room Chef with all kitchen operations in the restaurant outlets. Supervises cooks and oversees production in restaurant outlet kitchens (Asian, Mexican, American). Maintains high quality of food preparations and production while assisting with all aspects of back of house (BOH) kitchen business. Embraces and maintains company service culture and core values. Exhibits leadership and vision to align, inspire, develop, and motivate team members. Cooks all food orders in a quick, timely and accurate manner. Ensures superior guest service. Prioritizes food orders and plating while creating a safe, secure, and clean environment.
