Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Sortino’s Italian Kitchen – Sous Chef to support the culinary operations of our popular signature dining experience. Established more than 60 years ago by Giorgio and Giacomo Sortino with the opening of the original Sortino’s Little Italy in Sandusky, Ohio, Sortino’s is a new-age red-sauce restaurant where old-school Italian cuisine meets the modern era. As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in all day-to-day operations while leading the line, inspiring your team, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience built on premium ingredients and flawless execution. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve excellence across all aspects of the operation.
