Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef II to join the culinary team at Morimoto Asia, located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. We are looking for a culinary professional with demonstrated expertise in Asian cooking techniques, including wok preparation, sushi craftsmanship, ramen execution, and fish butchery. In this role, the Sous Chef II will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations, uphold exceptional food quality, oversee line execution, and lead a team of skilled cooks.
