About The Position

A Sous Chef is responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years culinary experience and 2 years within a similar supervisory role as Sous Chef. The ability to work a flexible schedule is a must! Previous hotel and union experience highly desired.
