Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts.
