About The Position
To support the massive expansion of Disney Experiences (DX) and Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) in the coming years we are seeking a talented sourcing professional to join our team. The Sourcing Specialist position will support the DSE (Disney Signature Experiences) service-related categories, including medical services, facilities management services, consulting, and cruise line. The Specialist will be responsible in assisting identifying suppliers, managing RFx processes, analyzing bid proposals, contract negotiations, contract writing, and supplier management. The Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather service requirements, align sourcing strategies with business needs, and comply with company policies and procedures.
